A stunning all-inclusive hideaway, Hermitage Bay is sat on a white sand beach, in a secluded bay, facing the turquoise sea of Antigua’s west coast. Designed with the thriving local environment in mind, this retreat uses sustainable materials, solar energy, eco-friendly cleaning and beauty products, and was built to blend into the bay. It offers a spa, yoga, Pilates and meditation classes, suites with stunning sea views, and a restaurant using organic produce from the resort gardens.
Spanning 16 acres of lush tropical gardens, the resort is located on the west of the island, on Hermitage Bay Beach. Explore more of the island’s incredible beaches – Pearns Point is less than a mile from the hotel or Darkwood Beach and Ffryes Beach are both located within five miles. The island’s historic capital, St. John’s, is just under seven miles north of the hotel, and Nelson’s Dockyard is 16 miles south east. V. C. Bird International Airport is 11 miles away.
The resort consists of 30 individual cottage suites, situated a stone’s throw from the beach, or scattered up the hillside, with magnificent uninterrupted views of the sea. Suites are decorated in a contemporary style, with rich wooden floors and contrasting neutral-coloured soft furnishings and have spacious verandas. Hillside cottages have their own private plunge pool and Seaview Garden Suites are located closest to the resort facilities.
